Robert Scheer is on my list of "Must listen to". Another true
defender of all that is Good and Just in America. So many worthy,
intelligent men and women like Robert Scheer, you would think one of
them would be called on to replace the likes of Donald Trump. Okay,
I'll put away my pipe.

Robert Scheer is the editor of Truthdig. He's 80 years old, was once the

able to download it. Robert Scheer is not a supporter of Capitalism, nor of
the Democratic Party, nor of Israel.
I broke down and signed two petitions just now. One supporting a bill which
takes the decision for initiating a nuclear strike away from the President,
and the other demanding that the President stop sending troops to Syria.
It's like trying to hold back an avalanche with one's two hands.
