I signed it several weeks ago as no industry or group should have automatic
immunity from liability for damages in civil prosecution.

I just signed a petition calling on Congress to repeal immunity for the gun
industry by passing the Equal Access to Justice for Victims of Gun Violence
Act. Today, gun manufacturers and dealers make up the ONLY industry in America
that is protected from lawsuits when its products lead to violence and death.
That needs to end.
