Yes, I agree with you here. Reagan a leader? Even if you hold your nose, not
in my opinion. His big rant when campaigning and throughout his presidency
was that "government is the problem."
Since Reagan, infrastructure has deteriorated, social programs have been cut
and the military has been bloated. Sorry, that's not leadership unless
leadership includes leading us down the road to hell.
