Hello Everyone:
I think I need to inform everyone of some big, big, big problems
at Home Depot. Regrettably, the head guy, Rami, has failed and
continues to refuse to bring about corrective action.
It turns out that the contractor that handles the cutting and
installation of kitchen counter tops is grossly incompetent, and
his service manager is in league with him. Thus, when the counter
top guy does not follow the approved sketch and also installs a
material that was not
ordered, the service manager does nothing; in fact, he usually
writes notes that say the contractor installed the correct item
and followed the sketch. Something needs to be done about this
gross dishonesty.
I was going to put a notice on twitter, but I have been having
difficulty getting on; I don't know why, except that my computer
is old and always gives me trouble!
I am wondering if the word can be passed on. Maybe on this list,
but also on social media.
I think the public should be informed about the bad practices at
Home Depot in Falls Church, Virginia!
