This is in response to your FOIA request, dated April 14, 2016, for copies of
the following records as described in your request:

1.  Any contract between MTA and Michigan Works or any other entity for these
work related trips

2.  Any correspondences from you or any other MTA personnel related to these
services

3.  Any correspondences to and from you or other MTA personnel and personnel of
Peckham or Meijer's Corporation in these regards

The following action has been/will be taken in response to this part of your
request:

EXTENSION NOTIFICATION.  As permitted under section 5(2)(d) of the FOIA, a ten
(10) business day extension of time to respond is being taken in order to
compile the information that you have requested, or determine if records are in
existence that match your request.  The extended due date is May 5, 2016.
