Hello,

I just went in to the Goodwill and MARO documents. They are totally
inaccessible to me a person who is blind and I suspect the others are as well.
They are scanned images and I cannot read them with my screen reader.

This is a common problem facing we who are blind in Michigan and it is a
violation of the ADA and Section 504.

I'm not trying to be stern, but after twenty five years of the ADA one would
think that state agencies including those that serve people with all
disabilities would be accessible to all.

That said, I specifically requested these documents as plain text in my
original request.

So could you all please send them in that format?
