It was true and a lot of hispanics (many undocumented) on the east side of
Flint have not been geeting services. I think it has changed now somewhat as
there was a clamor.
By the way the paster of St. Mary's Church in Flint which serves this
community, mostly Catholic hispanics has done a great job in bringing the
issue to light and in giving assistance.
By the way I used to live in that neighborhood in the late seventies. And
there used to be AC auto plants in that neighborhood too.
All of the plants literally are now torn down to the ground.

Since I cant find any verification, I thought I might ask you about this. I saw something that said the National Guard would not dispense emergency water to anyone who didn't have a state ID. I sincerely hope this is something which has been a false claim. Do you know anything about this? Thanks
