It is an old publication that I read many years ago. When the subject of race relations in Cuba came up I looked for it on Bookshare and not to my surprise it was not there. Then I Googled it. I got about seven references to it on the entire Internet and they do seem to be sites where it is being sold and I agree that the price is rather steep. If I can find a cheap copy somewhere I might scan it for Bookshare, but if my Google results are any indication cheap copies may be hard to come by.

Thanks for the reference link.
I looked it up and it appears to me that if one wishes to review this opinion piece one will be forced to put up good old American dollars to do so. I do not care to do so.
