Two Maple Bars, etc.?
Actually, I am known far and wide as the unreformed chocoholic. As
such, I am allowed to whine, beg, bully and cajole family and friends
into supplying my out-of-control habit. As a result I ended up
yesterday with a box of chocolate covered berries from my eldest
daughter and her hubby, a box of Russell Stover chocolates from my
best friend and wife(same person), two bags of some fancy individually
wrapped chocolates from my youngest daughter and her hubby and three
daughters, and the promise of some sort of chocolate bar from my
son...when we "get together" next time...
Anyone wanting to buy my vote for anything, just fax me a five pound
box of C's chocolates.
I promise I'll not double deal you.

Well, as it turned out, I had a general physical first thing on my
birthday, yesterday. Other than a few "old man" complaints, like
arthritis in my back, I am the picture of good health.
My belief is that this is due to a very positive attitude, good genes,
lots of good food and Cathy. In fact, Cathy is probably at the head
of that list, since she keeps me in line and reminds me of what will
happen if I really do eat two Maple Bars at one sitting.
