Hello Richard and all,

This is what I would do:

1. Rxh7+  Kxh7
2. Qh5+ Kg8
3. Qf7+  black can either Kh8 or Kh7, does not really matter
4. Qxg7#  Game over!

Now it is true, Blacks King does not have to take whites rook, Kxh7, but even 
if he does not take the rook, the result would be the same.
For example:

1. Rxh7+  Kg8
2. Rxcg7+Kf8
3. Rgf7+  Kg8
4. Qg4#  Game over!
