Good Morning Puzzlers,

This was a very interesting problem and even more interesting after studying
Paul's thorough analysis. Please read through Paul's comments for his
explanation of the classic two Rook mating pattern and in the alternative
tactics section look carefully at his explanation of how to use a Pawn to
support the Rook on the seventh Rank.

My brief recap of the problem solution follows.

The best move is: 1. Rxb6+

Principle:
This problem is an excellent example of the power of a discovered check and the
recognition of the classic two Rook mating pattern.
1. Rxb6+, discovers check and keeps the Black King restricted to the A-file.
if 1... Ka7, 2. Qb7#
if 1... Qxc6,
2. Rxa2+ Qa4, but it is all over for Black.
3. Rxa4#
