My brief recap of the problem solution follows. The best move is: 1. Rxb6+ Principle: This problem is an excellent example of the power of a discovered check and the recognition of the classic two Rook mating pattern. 1. Rxb6+, discovers check and keeps the Black King restricted to the A-file. if 1... Ka7, 2. Qb7# if 1... Qxc6, 2. Rxa2+ Qa4, but it is all over for Black. 3. Rxa4#
