Good Morning Puzzlers,
The best move is: 1. Rf7
Principle:
the black rook at g7 is pinned.
The white rook moves to fork queen and rook.
if black takes the rook via queen, he loses his queen.
if black moves queen to g8, the knight takes it and then the white queen mates
by taking the rook
Rod confirms with:
"According to Mr. Fritz, problem WAC008 results in mate in nine moves after
1. Rf7."
