Hi all,
This was the first USBCA Champion of Champions Tournament.
It is under the auspices of the United States Braille Chess Association.
It was played in the USBCA Chess Den at for-the-people.com.
Kathy Mertz was the Assistant Tournament Director.
The Round 4 Game Results were:
1. Mike Gieschen 0, Jim Slagle 10.
2. Shane 10, Jorge 0.
3. Kathy 10, Ginny 0.
4. Mahendra 10, Brook 0.
5. Amy received a 7 point bye.
The final standings for the USBCA Champion of Champions Tournament are:
In first place with 40 points is Jim Slagle.
Tied for second with 30 are Kathy and Shane.
Tied for fourth with 20 are Ginny, Mahendra, Jorge, and Mike Gieschen.
In eighth with 10 is Brook.
In ninth with 7 is Amy.
Tied for last place are the players who withdrew from the tournament.
