Hello All,
Resubmitting my solution from  September 23.  It goes as follows:
1. -Re1+ (forcing the white rook  protecting the white queen to take the 
black rook)
2. Rxe1 Qxc6 (black queen  takes white queen)
3. Rac1 (white takes control of c-file)
