Dear Teams!
Thank you all for your registration at Härbst VII – BugTales! We slightly
changed our selection system this year, since already throughout the last years
we had so many teams signing up for our tournament - thank you so much for
that! So this year we had a two-phased selection: firstly, last year’s spirit
champions and party winner as well as three teams decided upon by the
organisational committee got a fix spot. Then we had our entire team vote on
the remaining spots. Here are the results (please read the information below as
well!):

teams don’t secure their spot we will contact you as soon as possible (at the
latest on the 2nd of November).
** If your team got a spot:
To confirm your spot we would ask you to pay the teamfee (120€) and 5
playersfees (5x 25€) until the 1st of November to the following account:

Furthermore, please tell us the number of players you will be bringing and if
they want a meat or veggie dinner.
Please also inform us if you are planning to arrive on Friday evening or on
Saturday morning only.
If, for any reason, you can’t confirm your spot please contact us as soon as
possible to give teams on the waiting list a chance.
The playersfee includes 2x breakfast, dinner on Saturday, sleeping in a gym,
special tournament goodies, a toast voucher and a team cocktail at the party!
Please keep in mind that the tournament mode is continuous play and you have to
have 2 women and 3 men on the line at all times (no other women/men
combination). So please ensure that you bring enough of both genders.
This year’s theme is “BugTales” - we are looking forward to seeing your best
DuckTales costumes at the party!
