Hi Jill,
After following Dave's directions for getting the books back, you can indeed
try unzipping them in Kurzweil. Run Kurzweil, then hit ctrl-o for the open
dialog. Select the folder that contains the zip file, then hit right-arrow.
You should hear the name of the first subfolder within that folder. Kurzweil
views zip files as folders, so if you arrow down from there you should find
your zip file. Once you're on the zip file tab to the file selector and hit
space or right arrow and then enter. This should open your file. I've never
had WinZip refuse to unzip a Kurzweil file, so it's possible that the files
are corrupted.
