Hi Scott, I'm very distressed because I have a book I've finished
proofreading and I can't check it in so it can be put in the Bookshare
collection. If it weren't for Carrie Karnos renewing this book for me, I'd
be in the soup. Not only am I unable to enter My Checked Out books to check
in this book I finished, I can't check out another book for Proofreading. I
don't mind the second thing so much because it will be there with a hold for
me, but this other thing does because it's finished and the submitter did a
great job on the book and it deserves to be in the collection. I've just
talked to someone at Bookshare support and my impression is that he finds
this peculiar. I am not bothered for myself so much, but for the submitter.
I really look forward for her book to be approved. Regards, Kim Friedman.

Update:
The head of Benetech's engineering department responded to me yesterday
about this and some other irregularities hat Rick and I discovered. We
don't have nn estimate when this will be resolved but it is documented and
on the engineers' To Do List. Thank for bringing it to out attention

Yes, there is still something amiss with that page. I went to look up an
e-mail address for the scanner for a book that I am proofing. The book is
not even listed on my "Checked out books" section. I asked about it, but so
far, I have heard nothing. I guess we've all got to be patient.
