Why not scan it and let someone else fix it for you, if it isn't too much
trouble? Just a suggestion, in case a lot of people want to read it.

If anyone was planning on reading this book, I won't be scanning it after
all. The author's name is written down the left side of every page and I'm
not willing to spend the amount of time that would be required to achieve a
good scan under those conditions.
