We have 2342 and it still seems to go down with her.

Jaws 16.0.2136 seems to spontaneously crash. Sometimes it restarts itself,
and sometimes not. There's a later update out which seems more stable.

Hi everyone. Firstly, Is anyone using jaws 16 and office 2013? If so, are
there any jaws/word settings which would make the interface better. Susan's
jaws keeps going down in word. She gets it back but thought I'd post here.
Secondly, is anyone having trouble with windows update iunder windows 7? I
should have added, all of this is under windows 7 latest updates. Thanks.
