I appreciate Kim Friedman's assessment of proofing. I am a BKS user. I just
finished a book which was ok through the first half, then got progressively
worse, till it was a real frustration to read. If I could the original scan I
would go through it, otherwise I will get the book and do a BSO..
If I can get the book uploaded, I am submitting FACING THE FUTURE, by Jerry B.
Jenkins and Tim LaHaye. It's been proofed, headings stripped, page numbers
done, and line breaks taken out.
