Well, Dave, while you are at it, I could use some food for thought as well.
I have been trying to  submit a terrific submission by Shelley and the
system keeps complaining.  <smile>

This may be reaching, but have you tryed turning off any anti-virus, popup
blockers, and your firewall to see if you can get the file through?
You haven't just updated to SP2 recently, have you?
