Hi all,Grandma, if you like it, then, we should start a fad. It may not be correct outside of Bookshare, but I think it does make sense to distinguish between the machine (scanner) and its user (a scannor). So long as we all know what we mean, that's OK. However, I hope it doesn't make life difficult for outsiders or people who inadvertently use the convention elsewhere than in Bookshare circles. For me, it makes sense. Yes, in Braille they are different, and in speech they sound similar, but people can always check char by char.
