I see the problem. When I get back home, I'll request the book from the
library and rescan. That will be easier than trying to get a copy of the
book from the author again. Then, once I get teh missing pages, I'll
resubmit the book and it will be be fixed. Sorry for the mix up, I
submitted that thing a really long time ago :). Thanks.

Well, from what I can tell, it's page 17 or 18. It's hard to tell because the number '18' shows twice within a few line of each other. If you read the context from before 18 and after it, you can tell that the context is quite different.
