Hi,
I see the problem. When I get back home, I'll request the book from the library and rescan. That will be easier than trying to get a copy of the book from the author again. Then, once I get teh missing pages, I'll resubmit the book and it will be be fixed. Sorry for the mix up, I submitted that thing a really long time ago :). Thanks.
