[bksvol-discuss] rejected "Dead Language"

Is the submitter of "Dead language" on this list? I just rejected it. I
was excited to read it but the scan was not of acceptable quality. Too
many errors that looked like words (so they passed spellcheck) were
present on every page, many omissions, sentences garbled up and jumbled,
etc. If you still have it, maybe you could rescan?
