Cookbooks are such a bear to scan. It is hard to scan them as a sighted
person. If a sighted person scans and thorougly checks the fractions, I
think a blind person could proof them but there could still be mistakes. I'm
going to scan some more cookbooks (just like I'm going to scan some more
chess books) but they require so much work that I have to mentally gear
myself up for it first.
