Hi, Carrie. I think a lot of people are very interested in these types of charts. I'm on a few cooking lists where people often wish for charts such as these, so I think it would help some, but take your pick, I think. <smile> Take care. -- Julie Morales Email & Windows/MSN Messenger: mercy421@xxxxxxxxxxx Skype: mercy0421 Please contact me if I may not recognize your contact info before adding me or I may not add you! Anyway, I'm done validating it except for 24 pages of nutritional analysis of common foods. Each page has about 25 foods listed, and for each food, he gives the unit he's using of the food, and for each unit, its weight in grams (g), calories, carbohydrates (g), protein (g), fat (g), saturated fat (g), mono-unsaturated fat (g), poly-unsaturated fat (g), cholesterol (mg), and sodium (mg). Obviously there's a huge amount of information in these charts, and it'll take me quite a while to fix them up (as good as the office scanner is, it still messes charts up). So my question is: is it worth my while to fix up these charts? I submitted another book on the RDA (required daily amounts) of various foods, so that's already in the collection. If no one cares, I'll skip cleaning up the section, but if this makes a difference to someone's life, then I'll start working on it. Anyone got a preference? Thanks!
