I saw this message later; my public libraries have it; it must be very new
because the university library has ordered a copy ( I see the publication
date is 2016; I can get it from my public libraries and will describe the
images for you if you want to scan it but I'll have to keep renewing it
every 3 weeks, assuming no one requests it; J.C. it's 671 pages;
Wait!! I see it's on the N.Y. Times list; does bookshare still add those
itself?
