Actually there has been a few of them. Most of the time I find that the headers stay intact, at least the ones that have to be done by hand. I scanned two books and that is why it is taking a long time to submit them. As far as the text goes, it is perfect. I was thinking the other day, a lot of people with myself included scan so far ahead that people forget about the headers.
