I can get it for you if no one else has offered. It seems to be available, 
according to World Cat, in most university and college libraries.

The problem with answering requests like this offlist is that a person has no 
idea if someone has already offered to get the book. I think the request should 
be answered on list and thereafter help be given offlist.

And  apologize for answering Marilyn on the list. I didn't realize I did that 
until after hit send.
