Well I'm not using service pac two, but maybe since I'm sill using XP it will be similar. Before you start, you have to currently be logged in as the user that you want to put the password on. If you aren't it will let you get through all the steps and then at the end it tells you that it won't work. Really if the creators were smart it should prompt you earlier in the process, but hell this is Microsoft, so that should explain it all. Anyways, here are the steps to creating a password on a user profile. First go into control panel and user accounts like you said. Second tab once to the "change an account" button and push enter. Third tab once and then use the previous and next word commands to pick which user account you want to put the password on. Even though you are using the previous and next word command, as in a singular word, I usually get a whole mess of words here, but usually the first or second word it reads will be the account name, so just continue arrowing and only listen to the first words until you find it and push enter. If it's easier you can also use your jaws curser to arrow around and left click on the user name. Fourth tab once to "change the name", then down arrow once and it'll say "create a password". Fifth, push enter. Sixth, you're now in an edit field where you have to type your desired password, so type it in. I will remind you that it is not only important to remember this password, but it is also case-sensitive. Seventh, Push tab once. Eighth, you're now in another edit field where you have to reconfirm your password, so type it a second time. Ninth, push tab twice. Tenth, you're in another edit field. This time you type in a word or phrase that'll remind you what your password is, so type it in. I will tell you here that anyone using your computer will be able to see this prompt, so don't say anything too obvious like a birthday or pet's name. Eleventh, push tab once. As you use the say line command it doesn't always read correctly here, but when you tabbed to it it should have said "create password", so push enter. It should now prompt you that the password was created so click the ok button and all is well. Open the Control Panel and select User Accounts. and then? it has something about network and changing the name but nothing about passwords at login
