It was my fault, Gwen. I wound up hating this book and I was in such a hurry
to get it off my desk that I forgot to put hold for Valerie. I emailed
Carrie to ask her to fix it but she probably was not still up at the time I
submitted it. Thanks for understanding and letting Valerie work on it. I'm
going to have something for you very soon, I promise.
