Hello.
yesterday I submitted a copy of Coming to My senses, by Pam Rice.
For whom ever decides to validate it, I just wanted to say that yes, chapter
one does start on page 7, and there is no prolog. The printed book counts the
copy right page and title page and all that other stuff as actual page numbers,
so no, there aren't any pages missing.
