Hi Nancy, If you have proofread a book and are checking it in, you do not have to add your name as the proofreader. That will be done by either the admin or the system, not sure which. But not by the proofreader. As the manual recommends, I went to the page listing all the book information. First of all, am I on the right page to make any necessary changes? There doesn't seem to be a way to edit anything. The check in page only asks for the file and any comments. Since the proofreader is listed as n/a how do I put my name there? If you'd prefer, write me off list. If it's important, I'm using JAWS version 6.2. thanks much, Nancy Martin Oklahoma -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- No virus found in this incoming message.
