on the checkout list by staff or an intern. You can’t get their email
address by clicking on their name on the book’s information page. You have
to go to the book history, which is a link called... “view book history”.
There is a lot of information on that page, but if you search for the
phrase “Submit initial volunteer file” you can get to the submitter’s
information. You’ll see that the submitter gave an email contact, which is
a benetech.org email. These instructions are in the proofing manual.
For books scanned in-house, staff can usually send a proofer a pdf of the
original scan if there is a problem with the book. .

o.k. I found the history of the books I'm interested in now how can I
contact the submiter? I could find nothing when I clicked on her name
except her record of books submitted; I'd like to know if she can send me
the books she scanned if not I''ll look for them in the library or on
Amazon
