The hold for was no longer on the title.
The hold for was at the beginning of the file name you get when you download
the book from the collection.

Sharon, obviously, if the book has a title of "hold for Xyzzy The
Fantastic Colossal Cave, then you should not download it unless your
name is Xyzzy. If your name *is* Xyzzy, then you download the book,
validate it and upload it, removing the Hold For Xyzzy at the
beginning of the title. After all, you're Xyzzy, and you have
validated the book, right? So, obviously, it doesn't need to be held
any longer.
