As I think Larry stated, I would ask the original scanner to do a rescan of

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] hard to read passages on a book for proofreading
I did not state the subject correctly but I have a book and it's the same
one wherein I'm reading and I have about a paragraph that came out so bad I
dunno what to do with it. Let's just say this. I dunno what it is supposed
to even say it is so bad. so far the book is coming out good though. what
should I do? I decided to stop there for now and give it a rest for a few
hours.
