-Bud, I do what Kelly does. I put the fron cover first, iindicating in brackets that it's the fron cover. Then I put a page break and whatever's on the back cover, assuming it's not a photo only, and indicate in brackets that it's the back cover. Then a page break and whatever's on the front flap, again indicating that it's the front flap in brackets (which until I recently learned my mistake -- and as a former librarian I should have known better -- I erroneously called the fly leaf); page break, then back flap. Then, after anoher page break, I started with the first page of the book. I've found that the front cover often doesn't scan and I have to type in whatever's there, but the flaps scan well. I hope this helps.
