Hi Jill: This is what I do. Control O from within K1000, shift tab, it will say your default folder, at this point I hit s for stuff. All my downloads go to a folder called stuff. Once I am on the folder I want I hit right arrow to bring me inside the folder, here I used the down arrow or first letter to locate the book. If I were to press enter on it, it will say no folders within this folder. So instead I press tab and at this point I will here the title of the book. I hit down arrow to select it and press enter. This will open the file. I hope this is clear. If not, let me know and I will try to explain tomorrow when I am feeling more alert. *** Grace For scanning and validating tips check out http://www.jbrownell.com/bks/tl.asp For ideas of books to scan check out: the No Book Left Behind AKA Reject list http://www.jbrownell.com/bks/reject.asp Rescan List http://www.jbrownell.com/bks/rescan.asp ----- Original Message ----- From: Jill O'Connell To: bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Tuesday, October 03, 2006 12:55 AM Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Re: finding a book Where am I when I begin to tab to look for the list of files?
