Hi all,

I use a standard way to write file names which works in whatever OS you're using. I use underscores between words, and no apostrophes which tends to confuse some OS's. Didn't know that Bookshare servers don't like file names with spaces, but it makes sense. Spaces are OK in Windows, but if Bookshare is running Linux or Unix servers, they don't like spaces. So, I stick to underscores.

<smiling> I tend not to read manuals, so this all is probably listed in the proofer's directions, but may not be.
