Hi Amber, A few months ago I ran into the same error message, but I'm not sure if it is caused by the same thing. When I checked out my book for proofing, my membership was up to date, when I was attempting to upload it my subscription had lapsed. I kept getting that error message, no matter what I tryed, until I just updated my membership, and then it worked fine. I don't know if this is the same problem, as I reported it at the time, and I don't know if it was fixed or not, and I don't know what your status is, but ...
