Jill, Did you get help with your question? Does your friend have trouble downloading the book or reading it? If the problem is with reading, has she downloaded and installed the unpack tool?

Is there someone on the list who reads Bookshare books via the computer who would be willing to talk to me in the chat room? I read the books in braille via a notetaker using a storage card to transfer, but a good friend of mine is having trouble downloading to the computer and I would like to help her if I can. It is also her opinion that she is not unique in having difficulty and that this is keeping many others from joining bookshare. As I am retired, I am available almost any time. I live on the West Coast. Jill
