If that is true, how can sighted volunteers help with the image description 
program?  This doesn’t seem right.

Uh,

If a book is in the collection, you can download it even if it is your own 
submission.

It's very likely that Cindy can't download some books because she isn't a 
bookshare member and copyrighted books require membership to download.

It will say download not available if it is your own submission. Otherwise, I 
am not sure.
