[bksvol-discuss] double dashes instead of em dashes

Carrie,

What do you suggest we do if the double dashes are
split up at the end of a line? In the few cases where
that has occurred, I've changed them to em dashes; the
only other thing I could think of was to hit return in
front of the first one, but I thought that would be
way more annoying. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Or when  you read in Braile or audio does it not
matter if the dashes are split up?
