Yes, and some of them have different authors listed. Usually it is Hall,
but sometimes someone else is listed. Either it is some spammer trick of
some sort (I did not look at the book page) or someone couldn't get the
author correct, generally screwed up, or there is a technical
problem. Yes, very annoying!
