I have tried various things to fix the linefeed and other issues plaguing
this book. If someone can take a look at it and give me some hints I will
be glad to fix it up. Even with the linefeeds removed, there is something
odd about how words come out. An example is the word "the" which somehow
does not show up as a misstake in Kurzweil but which certainly seems wrong
on a braille display. The e is separated somehow from the th. Does anyone
know what is going on here? It happens with a lot of the words.
