I can request it, but as I said re Candy Apple Dead, it will take several days, especially with the holiday. There are actually 3 editions, a 1981, the LP which s 1983, and a 1995. Unfortunately, none of my libraries has the LP edition at this time--and it has twice as many pages as the regular-print edition, so we'll have to search to find the missing text. I'll request the 1981 edition, assuming that that is the same as the LP. (The 1995 edition is a revision--has 15 pages of before the main text.) If anyone can get the LP edition, please post and I'll cancel my request.
