Valerie is correct. The limit is 5 books, and I can't change that. But if you
ask, I will not remove the HOLDs tomorrow. Don't worry about it, Nimer. I'll
ignore yours, at least for the time being.

As I understand it it is a limit of the software to restrict access to 5
downloads. It is my understanding that if you contact Carrie she will not
remove items or their holds with prior notification. I am not sure what you
mean about re-uploading them, however.
