[bksvol-discuss] book not showing up for validation

Louise, If the book is being validated by someone,
you'll get the unavailable for validation message.
That's why we need Jesse to start posting his list
again, if he can find the time. Without it we have no
way of knowing if someone is validating a book already
(except by asking here and not everyone subscribes to
this list) or if a book is awaiting administrator
approval post-validation.
It would be nice if, instead of having that message,
there could be an alternate message generated when
someone downloads a book for validation that says,
simply, under the title, "the book is "already being
validated. Try again in a few days" (in case the
validator releases the book.)
