Page breaks aren't accurate in txt files, so converting won't work.
Txt files trash page breaks. But it was a nice thought.

Can it be converted from TXT to rtf and submitted? Either by you, Caitlyn,
or the original submitter if that person wants credit? Then Kari could
validate it and maybe only the missing pages need be scanned. Just an idea.
