Hi Melissa,

I've noticed this problem with a couple versions of Window Eyes and IE8. Window Eyes reports fewer than half the links when using IE8 than it does with IE7 on the Bookshare pages. It is the reason I went back to IE7. You could try Firefox if you have that, or else go back to IE7. There's no other way to remedy this as far as I know, and I don't even know for sure that the latest version of Firefox will work any better. In fact, I seem to recall a message or two on the Window Eyes list indicating that it doesn't, unfortunately..

In my last message, I asked if anyone had contacted Bookshare about the issue with the Gallo search. After sending the message, I went to do so myself. Well, I see contact us, but it is not a link. I'm using Window-Eyes 7.11 and IE 8 on a Windows XP machine with service pack 3. In fact, the whole section, which I will paste below, appears that it should be links, but they are not.

This entire section appears as text. I believe that many of these should be links.
